10 Money Lessons From The World Cup

To the relief of many wives all over the globe, the World Cup is finally over but not without leaving some money lessons in its wake.

I read this article “10 money lessons from the World Cup” today written by John Fitzsimons. The analogies were so to-the-point that i just have to share it with you, my readers,  and thank John for his efforts.

The lessons are as follow:

  1. Overhyped, over-expensive
  2. Avoid penalties at all costs!
  3. Unorthodox saves
  4. Ignoring the big boys
  5. Keeping something in reserve
  6. Seeing a return on your spending
  7. Start young!
  8. Keep it, don’t give it away!
  9. If it’s not working, change
  10. Spanish dominance
